Reddit keyword alerts.
Tell us what to watch for. Once a day we email you the new Reddit posts that mention it. Free, no account needed.
How the alerts work
Reddit keyword alerts send you one email a day listing new Reddit posts that mention your keywords. Add up to five keywords and, if you want, up to five subreddits. Leave the subreddits empty to search all of Reddit. We send a confirmation email first, and nothing arrives until you click it. Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Picking keywords that bring real threads
- Use the words a buyer types, not your tagline. "alternative to Intercom" finds people shopping. "AI-powered support" finds press releases.
- Add your competitors' names. Threads comparing tools are where a helpful reply gets read.
- Narrow with subreddits when a word is common. "billing" on all of Reddit is noise. "billing" in r/SaaS is a conversation.
- Leave out your own brand at first unless people already talk about you. Otherwise you'll get an empty inbox and decide Reddit doesn't work.
When an email alert isn't enough
A daily list of matches is the simplest form of Reddit monitoring, and plenty of teams never need more. F5Bot is another free option and checks more often. Once the list gets long, the hard part is deciding which threads are worth answering and writing a reply that fits the subreddit's rules. Our Reddit monitoring app handles that part: it ranks each thread by how well it fits your product and drafts a reply you post yourself.
